Here is a better view of our gingerbread man cookie. This gingerbread man is now our company logo. See him on our business cards and our exclusive one pocket bib apron.

We decorated this cookie for the Food Network when they came to film a story about us for a TV program. The huge gingerbread boy and girl make very big cookies and are fun to decorate.
Bake one cookie at a time, one per cookie sheet.

We include a recipe with instructions with each huge boy cookie cutter. Our instructions
suggest rolling the dough about 1/2 inch thick. Make sure you roll the dough out between sheets
of parchment paper and then use parchment to slide cookie on and off cookie sheet.

We found a big gummy red heart to use on our gingerbread cookie, but they are sometimes hard to find. We now sell Extra Large Red Heart Icing Decorations. Press hearts in place just after removing cookie from the oven. Once cooled the cookie can be decorated any way you want. We used buttercream icing and M&M’s for the eyes. If you are packaging for gifts, you might
want to use Royal Icing because it dries hard.
