To decorate: first ice green stem and coat with green sanding sugar, then do orange lettering with squeeze bottle or decorating bag and round tip of your choice. Let cookie set until both areas are completely dry. Then outline cookie with black icing. Next flow black areas with thinner flow icing, let set a bit and coat with sparkling black sanding sugar. After sugar dries, gently turn cookie over and remove excess black sanding sugar, you can re-use the left-over sugar.
