    Wedding Bells Cookie Cutter
    Examples of the two ways to decorate cookies. Outlining and flooding or simply outlining.
    This beautiful cookie is fully decorated with icing. Silver dragee accent for bells.
    Cookie iced with simple outlining, sanding sugar and silver dragees.
    Outline cookie with white icing. Flood white bow and bell "dinger" area, then coat with white sanding sugar (called flocking). Allow to dry, then do second color. White pearl dragees should be added to wet icing before the sanding sugar.
    Blue first, flock with sugar and allow to dry. Then white icing. Arrange white pearl dragees in wet icing, then flock with white sugar and allow to dry. When dry, gently brush off excess sugar.
