Powdered Egg Whites are pasteurized and come in a 4 oz container. Dried egg whites or meringue powder can safely be used in Royal Icing instead of fresh egg whites.
Powdered Egg Whites are the safest way to store eggs long term without refrigeration. They are also fat, carbohydrate and cholesterol free.
USES: Icings, Marshmallow toppings, Chiffon pies, angel food cakes, foaming agent for mixed drinks
To reconstitute for liquid egg whites use 1 Tablespoon dried egg whites to 3-1/2 tablespoons water. Two tablespoons of mixture equal one egg white.
INGREDIENTS: Dried Hi Whip Egg Whites, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate added as a whipping aid.
NOTE: This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come into contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy or dairy products, peanuts, soy tree nuts.
